I had a mixed experience at Long Cove Resort. On the positive side, the cozy cabins were clean, and I quite appreciated the layout of my studio. However, the service left much to be desired, especially with undisclosed fees that significantly impacted my budget. The lack of responsiveness regarding refunds and overall management issues were disheartening and really affected my time there.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Long Cove Resort, especially after booking a cute tiny house. The setting is beautiful and it has great potential, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor management and service. While the accommodations were cozy, the overall upkeep and responsiveness of the staff left a lot to be desired.

My stay at Long Cove Resort had some ups and downs. The location by the lake was beautiful and really serene, perfect for relaxation. I had high hopes for my cozy studio that was modern and clean, but unfortunately, I encountered a lot of trouble with unexpected fees and poor customer service which really put a damper on the experience. While I appreciated a lovely gesture from a member of the staff, the overall management of my situation left much to be desired.

I had high hopes for my stay at the resort, especially with the beautiful setting right by the lake, but I was let down by several issues. The accommodations were modern and cozy, creating a nice atmosphere, yet my experience was marred by unexpected fees and poor communication. I appreciated the helpful young lady at checkout, but the overall service left much to be desired, especially in resolving my refund concerns.

I had a disappointing experience at Long Cove Resort. While the natural scenery and setting were beautiful, the lack of maintenance and poor management practices really took away from the experience. I had several issues, including a septic backup in our cabin and uncommunicative staff. Although the cabins were cozy, they were not what we expected given the issues we faced. I would caution anyone thinking about booking here, as my attempts to resolve payment discrepancies were frustrating and unresolved.
